Start with comfort
Dry air and indoor heating can leave skin feeling tight. Keep washing gentle, use warm rather than very hot water, and apply moisturizer after washing while skin is still slightly damp.
Keep your choices simple
Look for a moisturizer suited to your skin. Fragrance-free options can be useful when dryness brings sensitivity. Introduce changes gradually rather than adding several unfamiliar products together.
Make it personal
Tell Judy what you use and what feels different. Persistent cracking, a rash or symptoms that do not settle deserve medical assessment.
General education, not a diagnosis or a personal treatment plan. Follow the guidance for your own appointment. Contact a qualified clinician for a rash, significant irritation or a medical concern.
